Aceites Guadalentín’s Olizumo Extratemprano is a premium extra virgin olive oil made from the Picual olive variety and protected under the prestigious Sierra de Cazorla Designation of Origin. Produced from early-harvest olives picked at their green phase, it captures the fruit at its most vibrant, creating an oil of exceptional freshness, intensity, and elegance.

The olives are ground at the lowest possible temperature to preserve their natural antioxidants, polyphenols, aroma, and flavour. The result is a refined extra virgin olive oil with herbal freshness, subtle notes of walnut and green almond, a gentle sweetness reminiscent of ripe fig and red apple, and a beautifully balanced peppery-bitter finish.

How to Enjoy:
