How Ordering Works

Are all items available every day?
Most items are available daily. Some bakes are produced in smaller batches, while others may appear as impromptu weekend bakes or seasonal specials, depending on production and timing.

Can I reserve items before arriving?
Reservations are generally handled through pre-orders. Walk-in availability cannot be held in advance.

Why do some items sell out early?
Bakes are produced in limited quantities each day. Most items are not remade once a batch is finished, though a small number may be baked again depending on production flow and timing.

Pre-orders & Planning Ahead

How far in advance should I pre-order?
Standard pre-orders are placed through our Beepit store at https://croisserie.beepit.com, at least one (1) day in advance and up to four (4) days ahead.
The Beepit store operates daily from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Orders close when the system goes offline at 5.00 pm each day.

How do I pre-order entremets / whole cakes or seasonal bakes?
Pre-orders for entremets / whole cakes and seasonal bakes are taken through WhatsApp at 012-5644 144 only.
For the best experience, we recommend placing your order at least three (3) days in advance.
For urgent orders, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible, subject to availability.

How do I indicate my preferred pick-up date or notes when placing a pre-order on your website?
If you have a preferred pick-up date or any notes related to your order, please include them in the Order Special Instructions box at checkout.
Our team will review the details and follow up if any clarification is needed when the order is processed.

Do you accept custom designs or flavour changes?
We do not offer customisation.
All bakes are prepared according to our established recipes and formats.

Is there a minimum for bulk or corporate orders?
Bulk or larger-quantity orders can be arranged through our Beepit store or by contacting our ground team via WhatsApp at 012-5644 144.
All items are priced the same as retail.
We do not offer bulk or corporate discounts.

Can I change my pre-order after placing it?
Changes may be possible if communicated early.
Please contact our ground team via WhatsApp at 012-5644 144 for assistance.
All adjustments are subject to production progress and availability.

Timing, Pickup & Delivery

What time are bakes ready for pick-up?
Bakes are prepared in batches from bakery opening at 7.30 am.
Most bakes are available from late morning onwards.
For pre-orders, pick-up is available from 11.00 am onwards, when all bakes are ready in the showcase and breads have cooled sufficiently for slicing.

Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for pre-orders placed through our Beepit store.
Delivery is arranged by Beepit for locations within 35 km of our bakery.

Can I arrange Grab or third-party pick-up?
Yes. When placing an order on Beepit, please select the pick-up option and arrange your own Grab or third-party pick-up accordingly.

What happens if a pick-up or delivery is delayed?
Bakes are prepared according to schedule.
Quality is best when orders are collected or received at the arranged time.

Visiting the Bakery

Do takeaway and dine-in share the same queue?
Yes. Takeaway and dine-in orders follow the same queue when entering the bakery. Our host will check your order type upon arrival and guide you accordingly.

Why do takeaway orders also need to queue?
Takeaway customers also select pastries from the showcase. To keep the counter clear and allow everyone time to choose comfortably, takeaway and dine-in orders follow the same queue.

Why is there sometimes a queue to enter the bakery?
During peak hours and weekends, the bakery can be busy. We limit the number of customers inside the showcase area at any one time so everyone can view and choose bakes comfortably without crowding the counter.

How does pre-order collection work? Do I need to queue?
Customers collecting pre-orders usually do not need to queue. Please inform our host upon arrival, and your order will be checked and brought out accordingly.

Do you accept dine-in reservations?
No. We do not accept dine-in reservations. Seating is managed on a walk-in basis to allow flexibility throughout the day.

How does dine-in seating work?
For dine-in guests, our host will check seating availability upstairs and guide you once a suitable table becomes available.

Can I choose where to sit?
When the bakery is busy, seating is guided by availability and table size. Specific seat selection may not be possible during peak periods.

Why do some customers appear to be served earlier or “jump the queue”?
Seating is arranged based on table availability, such as single seats, tables for two, four, or larger groups. When a suitable table becomes available, guests may be seated accordingly to keep service moving smoothly.

Is it less busy on weekdays?
Weekdays are generally more relaxed, with shorter queues and greater flexibility for seating.

Do you accommodate large groups?
Our regular dine-in seating is best suited to smaller groups. For groups of around 10 or more, prior arrangements are required.

Is your dining area accessible?
Our dining area is accessible via a lift. However, a few steps are required to reach the lift itself. Guests with mobility challenges may find access difficult, and we recommend checking with our ground team for assistance or guidance before visiting.

Are pets allowed in the bakery?
Pets are not allowed inside the bakery.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted on the premises.

About the Products

Are your products made fresh daily?
Yes. All bakes are prepared fresh in-house each day, following our production schedule.

Why do items vary slightly in appearance?
Our bakes are handmade. Small variations in shape, colour, or finish are a natural part of the process.

Why do some of your bakes look darker? Are they burnt?
Our bakes are intentionally baked bien cuit, or well done.
The darker, mahogany-coloured crust is not burnt or overbaked.
This allows flavours to develop fully through the Maillard reaction, resulting in greater depth, aroma, and character.

How long do your products keep?
Most bakes are best enjoyed on the day of purchase and are intended to be eaten at ambient temperature.
Some items may keep longer, depending on the product and storage conditions.

Do you use preservatives?
We do not add preservatives to our bakes.

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian options?
We do not offer gluten-free or vegan bakes. Most of our products contain dairy or eggs, though some items may be suitable for vegetarian diets.

Storage & Reheating

How should I store your bakes?
Most bakes are best enjoyed on the day of purchase and kept at ambient temperature.
If storing for later, keep items in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Should I refrigerate your bakes?
Refrigeration is generally not recommended, as it can dry out the crumb and affect texture.
If you intend to keep bakes for longer, freezing is preferred. Some filled or cream-based items may require refrigeration; product-specific guidance will be provided where necessary.

Can I reheat your bakes?
Yes. Bakes can be gently reheated in an oven at 150–180°C for approximately 5–10 minutes.
Our pastries are already baked bien cuit (well done), so reheating is intended to warm and refresh them, not to cook them further.

Should reheating time differ if the bake is frozen or chilled?
Yes. Reheating time may vary depending on whether the bake is reheated from frozen or from chilled. Please monitor closely and extend the heating time gradually if needed.

Can I reheat bread directly from frozen?
Yes. We recommend storing bread in the freezer rather than the chiller, and it can be reheated directly from frozen.

Can I microwave your bakes?
Microwaving is not recommended, as it may affect texture and flavour.

How should I store entremets / whole cakes?
Our entremets / whole cakes are blast-frozen after production to preserve quality and freshness, without added preservatives.
Please thaw the cake in the chiller for approximately 2–3 hours before consumption.
Once thawed, keep chilled and consume within 48 hours.
For the best texture and flavour, we recommend consuming the cake within 12 hours of thawing.
