As the year draws to a close, the bakery settles into a familiar Christmas rhythm.

For us, Christmas baking is not about excess or novelty. It is about returning to flavours that feel reassuring, generous, and meant to be shared — bakes that belong on the table, passed between hands, or given with care.

Each year, we curate a small Christmas selection. Not everything changes, and not everything needs to. Some recipes return because they hold meaning; others appear briefly for the season before making way again. The intention remains the same: to bake thoughtfully, without rushing the calendar.

Our Christmas bakes are made for gathering — to be sliced, gifted, or brought to the end-of-year table. Familiar forms, made carefully, with attention to balance, warmth, and care.
